Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are only available for size, color, or defective items.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Specify the reason for the exchange and your preferred replacement (size, color, etc.).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping charges.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.
