At Loxwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are only available for size, color, or defective items.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact our customer support team with your order details.
- Specify the reason for the exchange and your preferred replacement (size, color, etc.).
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided return address.
Exchange Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- If the exchange is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping charges.
Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.
